Fees shown are listing side only and are a percentage of the final sale price. Buyer-agent compensation is negotiated separately. All commissions are negotiable. $650,000 example is for illustration only and does not include buyer-agent compensation, closing costs or loan payoff. Repair and prep credit (up to $2,000) and any bring-your-own-buyer savings are per listing agreement. Open houses may be hosted by another licensed agent; dates are set with the seller.
